What the game tells you

When you use this at night

  • Tonight you will check how many items player has
  • You have chosen to leave the village

In the morning report

  • You have number coin(s)
  • You may sell your item for number coin(s) to a village-aligned player, or number to a non-village player
  • player is carrying number item(s)

Objectives

  • Have the most coins of any living merchant at the end of the game
  • If all of the Merchants are dead at the end of the game, the Merchant that died the richest wins

How it plays

  • You begin with 5 coins
  • You will be presented with purchase options each night
  • You can pass any items you hold to other players to sell them, and receive the amount of coins denoted the next night
  • If the item is passed back to you, you will lose some coins 'refunding' the purchase
  • In addition, you may also visit one player per night to find out how many items they have
  • You count for village parity, but do not need the village to win to meet your win conditions
  • You appear as Neutral to the Seer
