Who can see this
- The bearer is not told about this aura, and it does not appear on their own player panel.
- Every aura check names this aura: an Aura Seer or a Vibra Rune on the bearer, or an Aura Diviner on the bearer or either neighbour. The report names it "AncestralLycanthropy", not "Has Ancestral Lycanthropy".
