So Drogon is claiming Olenna is lying, plus he's claiming that his protects are important enough to hide. So presumably he thinks there's a wolf. But it can't be Olenna for reasons discussed earlier.

Can't be a Bloodhound with only one wolf left, they revert to a normal wolf if they are the last one standing, so you would have died, unless you protected yourself, which Cersei should have seen. To me it looks like we have no wolves left and the witch(es) have used their killing potions. Olenna's basically been proven, which means Drogon and Oberyn are both Coven.

I think Drogon is the better choice to lynch today, since Oberyn has likely used both potions and there's a chance Drogon is a Succubus or Djinn, which makes him more of a threat.

To Littlefinger's question regarding reviving Ygritte, my guess is that the Coven have been trying to hide their presence throughout the whole game (even now Drogon and Oberyn are doubting if they are here), so my guess is that they thought reviving Ygritte would keep them under the radar - plus if one of them was found out, she would be killed again for being associated with them.
