If Militia did use their ability, they need to come forward. I don't think any other roles revealing themselves right now would be useful though. Looks likely that it was Huntsman and Alpha, unless we've had a Vampire who hasn't killed until now (unlikely). Sansa's giving up seems like a wolf tactic to get people to hesitate to vote, but Cersei could easily be lying too, since we don't know if there is more than one Harlot - if she is a Bloodhound, for example, she can just claim whoever she is actually visiting.
