I do not believe the BH claim, haven't from the start, but it does not seem to be such a bad claim as to try to get yourself lynched (I originally thought it might be an attempt to explain an item but turn it into a claim to hide his role which could be explained by good or evil). Infected's behavior is something that I think is pretty obviously going to get him lynched.
